ธุรกิจส่วนตัว VS เจ้าของธุรกิจ

(Personal business VS Business owners)

         คำว่าธุรกิจส่วนตัว กับ เจ้าของธุรกิจนั้น มีความคล้ายคลึงกันมากทีเดียว จนทำให้หลายๆคนเข้าใจผิดว่า มันคือคำๆเดียวกัน แต่ในความเป็นจริงนั้น 2 คำนี้แตกต่างกันอย่างมาก เพราะคำว่า ธุรกิจส่วนตัวนั้น หมายความว่าคุณมีธุรกิจเป็นของตัวเอง คุณบริหารจัดการเองทั้งหมด ไม่ว่าจะเป็นด้านการทำงาน ด้านการเงิน ด้านบัญชี และด้านอื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง ส่วนผู้ที่เป็นเจ้าของธุรกิจนั้นแค่มีหน้าที่บริหารคนในกิจการของตนทำงานให้บรรลุผลตามเป้าหมายที่ตั้งไว้ก็พอ คุณไม่จำเป็นต้องมีความรู้ลึกๆ ในทุกเรื่องของกิจการคุณ ไม่ว่าจะเป็นบัญชี ด้านบุคคล ด้านทรัพยากร สิ่งเหล่านี้คุณสามารถให้คนที่เก่งกว่าคุณ ชำนาญกว่าคุณในด้านนั้นๆทำงานแทนคุณได้  

         จากเหตุผลข้างต้นจะเห็นได้ว่าคนที่ทำธุรกิจส่วนตัว ต้องทำงานด้วยตนเองในทุกๆเรื่อง แม้ตนจะไม่ถนัดในเรื่องนั้นๆ ทำให้เวลาที่มีอยู่หมดไปกับการมำงานด้วยตนเอง ในขณะที่เจ้าของธุรกิจสามารถให้คนที่เก่งในแต่ละด้านมาช่วยเราทำงานได้ เราแค่มีหน้าที่ดูแลงานในทุกส่วน เสมือนกับว่าทุกคนนั้นทำงานเพื่อเรา ทำให้เราสามารถมีเวลาว่างไปทำอย่างอื่นได้เต็มที่ 

         คุณคิดว่าคนสองประเภทนี้ใครรวยกว่ากัน?

         Personal business and business owner. Are quite similar. That many people misunderstand that.It is the same. But in fact the two words are very different because it is Personal business. This means that you have your own business. You manage it all yourself.The functional aspects of financial accounting and other related aspects. Those business owners that I have a duty to manage the affairs of the people in their work to achieve the target set is enough. You do not need a deep knowledge. All aspects of the business you have. The human resources of these accounts, you can choose people better than you do it for you.
         It can be seen from the above reasons that people do business. Everything must be run manually. Even if they do not know about it. The time has gone on to work regularly on their own. As a business owner can make to help us excel in every field of work. We are not responsible in any section. As if everyone is working for us. We can have free time to do something else full.
